in the unlikely event you find that your hair extensions are not suitable, we are happy to refund your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt, providing the product is returned to us in its original sealed packaging 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL PRODUCTS must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened and or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
